Microneedling for acne scars, thermocoagulation, and chemical peels all help to improve skin texture and reduce discolouration. Personalized skin treatments customized to your needs.

Stimulate collagen, repair scars, improve skin texture, lighten pigmentation and reduce stretch marks.

Miconeedling

Microneedling stimulates collagen, repairs scars, improves skin texture, and reduces stretch marks.

Microneedling is an effective way to treat scars, repair acne scarring and reduce stretch marks. A precisely targeted micro-needling treatment creates tiny micro-perforations in the skin, activating the natural repair response and stimulating cell regeneration along with the production of collagen and elastin fibers. Depending on the area and condition of the skin as well as the depth of the needles used, downtime can be as little as one day up to 7 days or more. The areas treated will remain pink during the healing process in which cell renewal and collagen are being created.

Active ingredients containing pure forms of Vitamin A, C, and E, as well as hyaluronic acid, are applied to the skin during treatment to replenish cells of essential nutrients, further enhancing the results.

Aftercare is also included for home care during the first week.

Skin is repaired and restored naturally for a healthy, smooth, beautiful complexion!

Thermocoagulation

Safe, comfortable non-surgical cosmetic procedure using a tiny pinpoint probe, gently applied to the skin treats various types of benign lesions. Laser acne scar removal as it uses high-frequency energy so only a slight heat prickly sensation is felt. Whereas lasers are attracted to color contrast in the skin, thermocoagulation is attracted to the water on the surface layer of the epidermal tissue.

Pigmentation Correcting Mandelic Peel

A specialized blend of AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Acids), lactic, pyruvic salicylic, and glycolic are applied as needed to exfoliate dead skin cells, reduce excess oil, brighten dull skin, and create healthy cell renewal. Reduce fine lines, shrink pore size, and even out skin tone, and help with tummy tuck scars. Chemical exfoliation allows for enhanced product penetration. Therapeutic facial massage provides circulation and lymphatic drainage to relieve any puffiness.

Thermocoagulation VS Liquid Nitrogen

Choosing the right approach for skin tag removal can significantly impact your results. Let's explore the difference between thermocoagulation and liquid nitrogen treatment for skin tag removal.

Thermocoagulation

Thermocoagulation is a minimally invasive procedure that utilizes heat to precisely target and eliminate skin tags.

In this example, our patient underwent a single thermocoagulation treatment for successful skin tag removal.

The healing process typically takes around 6 weeks, with excellent results and minimal scarring.

Liquid Nitrogen Treatment

Liquid nitrogen is a common method for skin tag removal.

However, in some cases, like this client, it may not be as effective as thermocoagulation.

This client initially underwent liquid nitrogen treatment by a medical aesthetician 6 months ago, but the skin tags remained visible.

Additionally, the treatment resulted in hyperpigmentation, a darkening of the surrounding skin.

We were able to successfully remove the skin tags in just one thermocoagulation treatment.

To address the hyperpigmentation caused by the liquid nitrogen, we performed a series of 3 chemical peels, significantly improving the overall cosmetic outcome.

Our Recommendation

Thermocoagulation offers several advantages over liquid nitrogen for skin tag removal.

It often requires fewer treatment sessions, heals faster with minimal scarring, and can be a more targeted approach, minimizing the risk of hyperpigmentation.
